As with any job the proper approach can save you time and since time is money you will have more time to make more money. Sounds too simple doesn't it? In this industry it is easy to get bogged down in the fast paced technology.
Training is the key!
Every now and then everyone needs a second opinion or to step back and take a fresh approach to a problem vehicle. Our classes minimize the need to a step back and rethink your approach by giving you a Diagnostic Strategy that you can apply to the problem and solve it in the least amount of time with the least amount of effort. This doesn't mean we are going to give you all the quick fixes, but instead show you how to analyze a problem and think it through to come up with the right answer.
With our classes you will learn how to approach a problem, how to think it through and make the best of the time spent on the car. You will learn how to pick the best tool in your arsenal to get the job done the quickest.
Also we provide "help with the hard ones". If you ever get stuck just give us a call and we will see if we can help you out. Phone calls are free and a visit to your shop, if you are in the area, is a low cost training session. You can learn while we fix the problem vehicle.
